"Friends with Benefits" is a romantic comedy from 2011, directed by Will Gluck and featuring Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis in the lead roles. The film also includes a stellar supporting cast with Patricia Clarkson, Jenna Elfman, Bryan Greenberg, Nolan Gould, Richard Jenkins, and Woody Harrelson.

The casting for "Friends with Benefits" took about three months, from April to July 2010. After Timberlake and Kunis were cast, Gluck revamped the original script and plot. Filming kicked off in New York City on July 20, 2010, and wrapped up in Los Angeles by September of the same year. The film was distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing and hit theaters in North America on July 22, 2011."Friends with Benefits" garnered positive reviews from critics upon its release, with many highlighting the fantastic chemistry between the lead actors. The film also achieved impressive commercial success, raking in $149.5 million globally against a budget of just $35 million. It received nominations for two People's Choice Awards—Favorite Comedy Movie and Favorite Comedic Movie Actress for Mila Kunis—as well as two Teen Choice Awards for both Justin Timberlake and Kunis.
