Responsibilities
- unite with all stakeholders through strong seeker/ hand/ alumni exposure.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for campaigners while icing good seeker experience
- Coordinating for the end- to- end interview process.
- Managing virtual interview drives & events.
- Creating job- posts; aiding with webbing of resumes and operations; communicating effective feedback to the campaigners
- Preparation of reports and dashboards, streamlining data as and when demanded.
Criteria
- 0- 1 times of analogous experience( s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
- Graduate/Post-Graduation needed.
- Preferred experience in reclamation in a fast- moving, high- growth/ large- scale association.
- Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and campaigners.\
