Responsibilities.
- To comprehend user wants and pain issues, conduct user research and surveys.
- Create tools and dashboards to track important product metrics, and carry out efficient A/B tests to evaluate the impact of and enhance the product.
- During the product development cycle, combine qualitative and quantitative data to produce user and market insights.
- Determine usage trends and create plans of action to move metrics in the desired direction.
- Utilise data and analytics to ensure quick and better product decisions.
