Responsibilities.
- Make or review extensive, thorough, and well-structured test cases.
- Take control of the automation framework, construct your own web UI and web service API test automation scripts, and manage your test suites.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, PM, Doc) to address problems, effectively communicate within the QA team, and move initiatives ahead.
- Communicate with internal groups (such as product managers and engineers) and prioritize bugs
- Encourage the integration of highly automated product certification testing into our CI/CD procedures.
- Recognizing consumer use cases, delving deeply into software development, and creating QA methods to gauge product confidence
- Identify, prioritize, schedule, and plan testing activities.
- Create a Validation / Testing Strategy for the Product Suite in close collaboration with the Program Management team.
- Run test suites, evaluate test outcomes, and monitor metrics for software testing. Implement appropriate metrics, then create and provide test reports.
- When reporting defects, provide the necessary reproduction and root cause analysis processes (such as searching the log files or using QA/Dev tools).
