Responsibilities.

• A strong desire to learn about engineering and gain domain competence.
• Determine the scope of a project and provide expert services for it; these services may involve teamwork with other field engineers from the same or related fields. 
• Take responsibility for the issues that customers have and actively interact with a chosen group of accounts to offer thorough resolutions. Participate in technical tasks throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle and communicate with clients to learn about their engineering design processes and demands for product design. 
• Collaborate with Ansys product development teams to translate client requirements into new product features, and gather customer requests to support the enhancement of Ansys preprocessing software. Test fresh releases on real-world business issues. 
• Utilize your engineering expertise and understanding of CFD preprocessing techniques to deliver the best possible simulation solutions to clients and channel partners, guaranteeing prompt, high-quality customer support.
• Recognize the issue facing the customer, the level of fidelity that must be maintained in the solution, and the anticipated timeframe for completion; then, build a geometry preparation and meshing strategy that yields useful results from CFD simulations and implement the solution.
• Lead training programs for beginners, intermediates, and/or experts.

Criteria.
