Responsibilities.
- As an individual donor, they assume a certain level of responsibility and a limited amount of assistance.
- Perform unit tests to ensure correct development.
- Implement developments/requirements based on the technical aspects provided.
- Adhere to coding standards and work practices in accordance with client/organizational guidelines.
- Attend designated trainings and actively work toward improvement and development. Ability to capture functional and non-functional requirements and document system/software requirements for low to medium complexity situations.
- Able to work with new technologies and handle customer updates.
- Ability to run unit tests and perform re-run simulation tests and demonstrate test control.
- Defects are detected and errors are corrected and automated test scripts/manual test cases are executed according to the test plan and record results.
- Identifying and reporting deficiencies/variations from expected results.

- Proficient in CRM tools like SAP, FICO, etc.
- Basic knowledge of the client's business domain and technology stack.
