Responsibilities.
- Complete monthly quality assurance (QA) activities with a focus on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by quality control.
- Highlight issues and report to QA Team Lead/QA Lead
- Provide feedback to quality control analysts and identify the root cause of possible variances
- Support quality control by sharing knowledge to achieve results
- Quality assurance courses for those struggling with quality work
- Participate in risk reviews focused on identifying issues and resolving issues
- Guide newbies in support office procedures
- Work with other teams in different locations

- Knowledge of Google spreadsheets, forms and slides.
